Inside the heated hose, directly in the paint flow, there is an electrical heating conductor which heats the hose evenly. The heating considerably reduces the viscosity of the coating material. Less pressure can be used, which significantly reduces overspray. Regardless of the outside temperature, you can achieve an optimum application temperature all year round.
